powered is the only locally-based nonprofit organization wholly dedicated to improving the financial well-being of Coloradans.

Mpowered helps families and individuals effectively manage their finances to achieve economic stability and financial self-sufficiency.  We provide services far beyond a typical debt consolidation program. Our goal is to help individuals and families become financially independent by paying off debt and learning financial management strategies.  Our services include one-on-one financial counseling, debt management services, credit report analysis and education, bankruptcy counseling, and group-based financial education workshops

 

 

 

The Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance (CAMA) represents collaboration across industry, government and civic society (academia, nonprofits, associations, etc) to enhance the global competitiveness of advanced manufacturing, drive job growth across the state and make innovations into realities in Colorado.

Advanced manufacturing is CAMA’s only focus. This means CAMA is singularly focused on aligning efforts to address the comprehensive business needs of Colorado’s manufacturers today and pave the way for the innovators, makers and manufacturers of tomorrow. Members of CAMA are given a discount on WorkLife's membership rates.

 

 

 

Founded in 1982, CWEE fosters personal and professional transformation for low-income single parent families through confidence building, customized skills training, and career advancement. CWEE believes that regardless of personal situations and other barriers to employment, when an appropriate level of education and support is provided, individuals can and will succeed.

CWEE has a long history of expertise and knowledge in the field of workforce development. We are advocates on many levels – from our work on poverty and education issues to our core programs and services – we work tirelessly on behalf of those we serve. CWEE’s holistic model is comprised of three key phases – preparing for employment, finding employment, and keeping employment.

Whether you are planning a start-up enterprise or you are the proprietor of an established business; they are the centralized source for the myriad of resources available for business development and growth. All services and information are free or are offered at a significantly reduced rate for any resident of or business within Jefferson County.

CTAT, a division of Denver Options, Inc. is a national training and consulting nonprofit organization, founded in 1988.  Our expertise in professional and organizational development strengthens the skills of those who serve individuals facing barriers to employment and community inclusion.

 

 

 

Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning is a nonprofit, training and consulting organization with a focus on language and culture. We work with people and organizations all over the world, enabling communication and increasing cross-cultural understanding.

 

 

 

 

 

Connect for Success is an employee support initiative designed to help employees overcome barriers. It is a free service to employees and their immediate family members and is 100% confidential.  A success coach works with the employee to identify their current situation, needs and goals, leveraging a large network of public and private resources to help navigate solutions that work for them.  The success coach works with the employee one on one, customizing services appropriate for each unique situation.

The mission of Connect for Success is to provide a trusted resource where employees receive personalized support and connection to resources and solutions that help resolve life issues, empowering employees to have clear focus at work, maintain gainful employment, and enhance their career growth potential.

 

 

Bootstraps is an immediately applicable and personally relevant education program that is focused on helping a person change their own behaviors around building personal assets. With an approach that takes in account a person's environment and current situations, Bootstraps demonstrates how a student's personal values impact their view of financial decisions and health choices.
